Co-Owner & Producer, On Air Audio Services
Bruce Crews has spent more than two decades helping businesses, agencies and organizations sound their best. Since becoming a partner at On Air Audio Services in 2013, he has played a hands-on role in building the company’s reputation for dependable service, responsive communication and consistently high-quality audio.
With experience spanning live sound, recording, editing, mixing and voice production, Bruce understands that every project has a purpose. Whether it’s a national advertising campaign, a franchise rollout, an IVR system or a commercial voiceover, his focus is always the same: understand the client’s goals, deliver exceptional work, and make the process easy from start to finish.
As co-owner, Bruce continues to wear many hats and works closely with clients, voice talent and the production team while helping guide the future of the business. He believes the best results come from listening first, staying involved, and building long-term relationships founded on trust and reliability. Outside the studio, Bruce is a lifelong music enthusiast, an active community volunteer, and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters.

Moon Einarson has spent more than 20 years helping clients navigate their audio projects with confidence, care and exceptional service. As Co-Owner and Client Services Manager at On Air Audio Services, she has been instrumental in building the long-term relationships and trusted reputation the company is known for today.
Working closely with clients from their first conversation through final delivery, Moon ensures every project is organized, on schedule and aligned with each client’s goals. Whether coordinating a simple telephone greeting or a national voiceover program, she believes great service begins with listening, communicating clearly and making the entire process feel effortless.
In addition to overseeing client relationships, Moon plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the business, helping ensure the consistency, responsiveness and attention to detail that clients have come to expect from On Air.
Outside the studio, Moon enjoys travelling, discovering live music, exploring the mountains, and bringing family and friends together around a great meal.
