What is a message on hold bundle?

A bundle package will give you everything you need to get your on hold messages going. We’ll even hook you up with an on-hold player that will work with your current phone system if determined you need one to play the on hold recording. You’ll get access to professional creative scriptwriters, voice talent, music libraries, and our state-of-the-art recording studio. We’ll work with you to better understand your brand’s voice and key messages. Then we’ll put it all together for you in an engaging message on hold.

 

What do the message on hold bundles include?

We have a Starter Bundle for those on a tighter budget. With this, you’ll get a 4 minute recorded message complete with your choice of one voice, music, scriptwriting, a message update each year, and the use of a message on hold player or any audio file format your VoIP system needs. Within those offerings, we can customize your messages to say and sound however you want.

For our other bundle plans, you can also choose to update your on hold message once a year, seasonally, bi-annually or even monthly. Each on hold recording includes up to 8 individual prompts, that’s about 8 minutes of audio! All bundles include the use of a message on hold player or any file format you need for your VoIP system, scripting, creative assistance, up to two professional voices, music, recording, and post-production services. You’ll also receive additional services to ensure your customized message is sounding great. That includes tech support, monthly playback verification, script update reminders, and account coordination.

 

How can you customize your bundle?

If you need something specific or don’t need something listed in the package, we can adjust accordingly, including the price. We understand that economic challenges might have completely changed the way you’re doing things. From a reduced workforce, remote workers, different locations, and even adapted goods and services.
