Similar to you recording your own personal voicemail, the way we transfer your professionally recorded voicemail greeting to your voicemail box is by calling your device and navigating the voicemail menu options to “record a new greeting”. To do this we will call you at the arranged time and ask you to initiate a 3-way call, at which point you will access your voicemail menu for us. Once you have provided access to the menu, we can take over from there by completing the remaining steps all the way to “record a new greeting.

We use a device in our studio that enables us to play and record your professionally recorded greeting directly to your voicemail, without any outside noise or interference. Unlike recording a voicemail using your own voice, our process ensures the audio is at a high quality. If poor phone reception is present during the call, it could impact the quality of the recording. In such cases we can reschedule the call to another suitable time.

It can take between 1 – 5 business days to record your greeting with your selected voice talent. Once we have your greeting complete, we will contact you to book a time for a phone call that works best for you. When we have an agreed upon time, we will call you and from there the transfer process should take no longer than 5 minutes.
